How to put good leaders at the top

　Although there are many people in this world with great personalities, people with a strong desire for power are at the top of politics. The electoral system is not good. This will only happen if we establish a system that entrusts top political positions to people of good character.

　I don't think we can have true democracy unless we create a social system in which people who want to be at the top of politics can run politics, rather than people who want to be at the top of politics become politicians.
